Objective, up to date, Bojczuk presents a lot of evidence and several different theories. The only 3 weaknesses I found were: Bojczuk curiously hardly touches on the murder of officer Tippet, which surely is important to the theory that Oswald wasn't even one of the killers (a possibility seriously considered in this book). Why did Oswald kill him if Oswald wasn't a shooter? Someone who never shot at the president, walking home from the office minutes after the president was just shot and killed outside his office window, now kills for the first time, an officer approaching him? We should be treated to a discussion (nowhere here) of why Oswald had a pistol on him--why not discuss it, if you are discussing the theory Oswald never shot at JFK? Nothing is said about whether Oswald normally had a pistol at work in the depository or any of his previous jobs. Second, we are told several times eyewitnesses said Oswald didn't carry a rifle to work. That is weak evidence blown up to be significant. If I am for the first time sneaking a rifle into my work, and have not done that before, and have no friends at work, it wouldn't be impossible to walk by fellow workers I never speak with and get it past them. Hardly impossible: no one is even considering I have a rifle in my pant leg, etc. Last: The lack of physical evidence from the chemical/proton test on Oswald's right cheek (cast) is taken here as proving or showing with very high probability Oswald didn't fire the rifle found in the depository (even if he mail ordered that rifle), but then nowhere is it mentioned how a ski mask or any other piece of cloth could have easily been used by Oswald between his cheek and the rifle he fired. This is an ex-marine and a marksman. Why not? The book emphasizes the physical evidence that Oswald shot a gun (chemical tests on his hands) but then "proves" he didn't fire the rifle since the test of Oswald's cheek was negative. That is hardly proof he didn't fire the rifle found in the depository! Very easy to use a cloth over the rifle's butt.
